Remember that to have a healthy lifestyle, most people should be eating:
More fruit and vegetables (5 a day)
More starchy foods such as rice, bread, pasta (try wholegrain) and potatoes
Less fat, salt and sugar
Some protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs and pulses
and drinking:
About 6 to 8 glasses of water a day (1.2 litres in total)
Less alcohol. (Avoid binge drinking. Don't exceed 1 or 2 drinks a day)
