Walking in the New Forest
The 'New Forest' is where you can explorer heathland, ancient woodland, wetlands and grassy plains. Many of the enclosure's have both deciduous and coniferous woodland to wander through on those hot summer days.

A number of self guided walks have been devised to help you explorer those hidden corners of the new National Park as well as the New forest area. You will find a number of guided walks throughout the year.
The Forestry Commission have a variety of guided walks during the winter months throughout the New Forest National Park. These walks a very popular so booking may be required.
Alice Holt Forest
The Forestry Commission at Alice Holt, Binsted, near Farnham as part of their national Active Woods programme aims to encourage people to get out and enjoy being in the woods whilst benefiting their health at the same time.
