Based in the small towns around the New Forest, these routes have an accompanying leaflet and are waymarked with a white arrow and red heart.

Tell someone when and where you are going walking and when you expect to be back. Wear suitable clothing and footwear. Take care crossing roads. If you are walking in poor light, wear reflective clothing!
