Watch the Full County Council meeting on 20 September 2012 at 10am

Residents across Hampshire are being invited to watch the next full County Council meeting as it's broadcast live on the web on Thursday 20 September.

As part of the Council’s drive to increase transparency and help create better understanding of how the Council makes its decisions, it is inviting people to join the meeting so they can view local democracy in action.

The meeting is being streamed live from Winchester so residents from all corners of the county who may not normally have the opportunity to attend meetings themselves will be able to follow the discussions and debates. By archiving the footage, the Council is also making it possible for people to watch it afterwards and to skip through to individual items on the agenda or to individual speakers, making meetings even more accessible and open to all.
