Gosport Gallery
‘God’s port’
7 May - 7 June
A new artwork by Pete Codling will be created in Gosport Gallery this May.
The Artist lives and works in his studio gallery called ‘Atelier’ in Southsea, Portsmouth. He will be in residence to create a temporary freehand, giant charcoal drawing, a unique artwork that explores local influences and history in the broader themes of the human condition. His last major artwork Dust to Dust took six months to draw using classical and contemporary themes with personal inspiration from his international travels.
Visitors can stop by to meet the artist from the 7 to 11 May and watch the artwork grow.
The artwork can be viewed in the Gallery until 22 June.
