Hampshire County Council Grants

County Councillor Grant - application notes

Applicants must contact their county councillor before applying for a grant.

Organisations/groups applying for a grant must complete the appropriate application form, preferably using the electronic application process. Paper applications should be submitted to their local County Councillor for approval.

If you are wishing to apply to two or more County Councillors please speak to all the relevant Councillors. If the Councillors are happy to support an application please submit ONE application making it clear that you intend to apply to several Councillors (e.g. 2 to 4 Councillors) in the project description and naming the Councillors. Once you receive your electronic grant reference number, forward this to grantqueries@hants.gov.uk with a short e-mail naming the other Councillors who have indicated they wish to receive an application. The application will then be copied to them. This avoids you completing several online application forms.

To apply electronically, you must have a valid email address.
