River Hamble Events – September 2012

1. Notice is hereby given that the following significant events will take place in and around the River Hamble during September 2012 and may increase the amount of traffic in the River:

6 – 9 Sept	Little Britain	Challenge Cup
8 – 9 Sept	Warsash Sailing Club	Mirror Junior Squad regatta
8 – 9 Sept	Royal Southern Yacht Club	J80 Class Nationals
8 - 9 Sept	Royal Air Force Yacht Club	Battle of Britain Regatta
14 – 23 Sept	Southampton Boat Show
15 – 16 Sept	Hamble River Sailing Club	Women’s Open Keelboat regatta
16 Sept		Royal Southern Yacht ClubYouth event
29 Sept		Royal Southern Yacht ClubLadies Race
29 Sept		Warsash Sailing ClubYouth Regatta

2. In addition, Warsash Sailing Club dinghy racing will take place on Wednesday and Friday evenings (starting at 18:00) throughout the month.  Warsash Sailing Club Youth Training will take place on 1 - 2 Sept and 15 -16 Sept.  
Foxer racing in the River will take place on Sunday mornings, normally at 11:00.
