Hampshire's biggest country park... 20 miles of trails for walkers, cyclists and horse riders... Butser Hill National Nature Reserve and the highest point on the south downs. 1,400 acres of open access woodland and downland within the East Hampshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

BBQ sites are available for hire, accommodating family sized groups, and large parties.

Café
Refreshments are available in the Coach-house café, including homemade cakes, biscuits and soups. Private parties by arrangement, tel 02392 596345 (cafe) for further information.
Gift Shop
The gift shop stocks a variety of maps, guides and publications together with a range of craft items.
Tots Play Trail
Designed especially for children aged 2-7 years old, all the wooden play equipment created by local sculptor Andy Frost has a woodland theme and include a lizard wobbly pole, grasshopper tunnel and toad slide. Close to the visitor centre... toadstool seats for the grown-ups to relax on!
Dogs
Dogs welcome under close control or on a lead. NB There are 300 sheep and a large deer population. Waste must be bagged and put in the 'dual use' bins - free bags from reception. £5 discount on a season ticket for dog owners who have passed a recognised training course. Water bowls outside the Visitor Centre.

£1.50 per day Sundays/Bank Holidays.
Vehicles with more than 19 seats £10 per day.
