Barbecues and Picnics

There are 11 family hearths in the forest which can be hired for set periods 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm at £3 per session and 5pm-8pm at £5.

Each hearth caters for up to 12 people and comes with a picnic table. There are several group sites.

• Windmill - 40 person with double hearth and picnic tables - £40 per session.
• Juniper - 40 person with double hearth, large shelter and picnic tables for £60.
• Benhams - 100 person with double hearth, large shelter, picnic tables and a toilet unit for £65
• Coney Acres - 120 person with double hearth, large shelter, electricity, picnic tables and toilets for £80
• Cannonball - 100 person with double hearth, large shelter, electricity, picnic tables and toilets for £80

All BBQ's must be booked in advance from the Visitor Centre.

BBQ's are only permitted in the hearths provided. The Visitor Centre shop has firelighters, matches, utensils, locally made charcoal and a selection of Hampshire Fare produce. There are also many picnic areas throughout the Park.
