Staunton for Education

Staunton is a unique site that will enable you to teach the many areas of the curriculum all in a single location! The Education Programme is led by a dedicated team. Recognising that the programme will attract a wide range of differing needs, we are able to offer you a choice of options to suit your requirements:

• Guided sessions led by our Education Team
• Independent visits that you plan and resource yourself
• Self guided packs that provide you with fully planned and resourced activities for your independent use

A £2million Heritage Lottery Grant has funded a purpose built education centre to provide high quality education facilities which include:

• A modern and well equipped education centre
• A Conference room suitable for larger workshops
• Refurbished tearooms offering great facilities for groups
• Covered seating for groups
• Storage facilities
• Outlying activity facilities suitable for field study and class activities

We also have facilities in Leigh Park Gardens including an outdoor classroom.
