Staff Development Programme

Delivering a programme of high quality staff development training is important to ensure that Hampshire Learning staff are equipped with the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to manage and deliver adult and family learning programmes across the county.  Our Staff Development programme is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it is relevant and responsive to the needs of all staff.

Training events are advertised online through The Learning Zone.  Centre staff are requested to refer booking requests through their centre’s nominated person. who has authorisation to book online on the Learning Zone pages.
