The Adult Learner’s Week Awards 2012  have been great for Hampshire Learning. Not only have our four nominations wonderfully illustrated how learning can transform peoples’ lives and communities, but two of the nominees have been recognised with Adult Learner’s Week awards!  Congratulations are due to all our winners and nominees and of course, to everyone who played a part in their successes.

• Adela Woodford  Laser learning Sponsored Award Winner  388kb (Learn/Progress/Succeed) - Learn/Progress/Succeed certainly sums up Adela’s approach once she discovered Family Learning at her Cherbourg Primary School.  
• Freda Keeping  SW Nominee  23kb - Settled Traveller, Freda, has provided inspiration and supported so that other members of her community can take up life changing learning opportunities
• Dorothy Beardsall  SE Nominee  26kb - Farnborough Mum Dorothy has become an Children’s Centre Buddy having regained her confidence through family learning.
