    Outstanding ceramics collections - Nearly 2,000 examples of English, continental and oriental pottery, porcelain and tiles from 1250 to the present day.

    The gallery hosts new exhibitions every few weeks. A wide variety of topics are featured including National and regional touring exhibitions of art, crafts, photography, local history and natural history, as well as the work of local artists, societies and collectors.

    Many of W H Allen's delightful watercolours and oil paintings are regularly displayed including landscape scenes of the local East Hampshire countryside at the beginning of the 20th century.

    Fresh coffee and home-made cakes available in the comfortable coffee lounge, with displays of work by local artists, societies and collectors.
