To agree a preferred option for public participation at future public meetings of the Panel.

1. Confirmation Hearing for appointment to the role of Chief Constable of Hampshire Constabulary
Following the intention of the Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner to notify the Hampshire Police and Crime Panel of the proposed appointment of a preferred candidate to the role of Chief Constable of Hampshire Constabulary, for the Hampshire Police and Crime Panel to hold a Confirmation Hearing, in accordance with Schedule 8 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.
