To consider a report by Alison Quant, Director of Economic Development, Hampshire County Council setting out the background to the preparation of the Hampshire Local Economic Assessment (LEA) and to present the findings of the draft Assessment which is currently out to consultation.

5. Broadband Infrastructure

To consider a report by Alison Quant, Director of Economic Development, Hampshire County Council and David Livermore, Chairman of eHamsphire Partnership outlining the opportunities and  risks arising from the development of Next Generation Access broadband.

6. Area-based insulation scheme for Hampshire

To receive a verbal update from Dave Yates, Chief Executive, New  Forest District Council on progress with the development of proposals for an area-based insulation scheme for Hampshire.  This will be followed by a talk by Councillor Andrew Cooper who will share the learning of Kirklees Council regarding their scheme.

To receive an verbal update from Andrew Smith, Chief Executive, Hampshire County Council on partnership working post LAA.
