Watch Hampshire chefs give cookery demos at town centre festivals centred around Hampshire Farmers’ Markets in Alton, Winchester, Romsey and Southsea, and see ‘celebrity chefs’ The Hairy Bikers, vegetarian food writer Rose Elliot and Michelin star chef Atul Kochhar give cookery demos. Raymond Blanc has given his support to this year’s Hampshire Food Festival by writing the programme’s foreword.
