Olympic flame coming to Hampshire
On Wednesday 11 July the Olympic Flame will reach Hampshire as part of its journey around the UK, before reaching the Olympic Stadium for the start of the Games.
Torchbearers will carry it through Newbury, Basingstoke, Winchester, Andover, Tidworth, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Lymington and the Isle of Wight. After visiting Southampton, Portsmouth and the Channel Islands, the torch will travel through Gosport and Petersfield, before heading to West Sussex.
Full details of the relay will be announced closer to the time.
