Hampshire Own Grown Homepage
Hampshire Own Grown (HOG) is a competitive-entry Talent Development Programme that identifies and develops leaders of the future. It is considered a successful and prestigious development opportunity and has been fully revised and updated for its 9th year – ‘next generation’ HOG is here!
We’re looking for talented leaders of the future, who demonstrate both high performance and lots of potential to build on this. You should be motivated, resilient and committed to take responsibility for your own learning and performance.
We actively encourage talented individuals at all levels of the organisation to apply, and to help you there are 2 levels of the HOG programme that run at the same time. Visit the About HOG and Entry requirements pages for more information.
West Sussex County Council
We’re delighted to be working in partnership with West Sussex County Council to offer places on the programme to staff from each Council, allowing for knowledge sharing and challenge. Visit the West Sussex County Council pages to find out more.
