Please read the notes below, in addition to the website guidance before completing a nomination.

There are many gifted members of staff who are currently at G level that may feel that they meet the criteria and would like to be nominated for the Future Leaders programme. Unfortunately we cannot accept nominations from members of staff at G level unless they are officially ‘acting up’ into a role at H/I level. While in this acting up role they will be able to implement the skills, tools and techniques acquired as a result of the programme. At G level, an element of frustration may be incurred due to the lack of opportunity to implement the learnings and engage fully in the programme. Appropriate and specific programmes and interventions can be found on the Learning Zone.

In preparation for an actual nomination (which must be submitted via the online nomination form), we would ask all potential candidates to complete a draft version of their nomination form (in consultation with their line manager), this draft form can then be used by the line manager to copy and paste the answers into the online nomination form.
