What number(s) should you call?
Currently the County Council publishes over 200 numbers and it can be confusing and difficult to decide which number to call.
The contact centre is starting to reduce these numbers to about ten or so key numbers providing callers with direct lines to the services they require.
There is a general enquiries number but calls to the direct service lines will be answered by agents with skills in these areas. This allow us to deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently without the need to transfer calls or press buttons for menu options.
