  • Best Charity or Voluntary Organisation Website

    Judy Goodlet

    Judy Goodlet

It's just as well Judy is a 'morning person' - she's in the studio by 4am to prepare for the Early Morning Show that goes to air from 5-6.30am. If you are finishing off a night shift, or having to make an early start, it's Judy's job to give you a mixture of music and chat along with the essential travel and weather information.

Judy's career in broadcasting began as the IT Guru on BBC Radio Solent (including a phone in on Richard Cartridge's popular afternoon show). At this time she was running an IT training company and developing systems in Microsoft Access for local businesses, having just left a lecturing role at Winchester University (then, King Alfred's College). The lure of the media became overwhelming and now she balances broadcasting with the occasional lecturing and training role.
