Visit us at the Aldershot Army Show
Hampshire County Council will be attending the Aldershot Army Show on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July. This is the first event of our summer programme, when we will be getting out across the County to meet Hampshire's residents.
Aldershot Military Museum will also be taking a number of vehicles from their collection to the show - the largest being the 60 tonne Challenger tank which will be driven down to the show on the Friday afternoon. Also on display will be the Saladin, armoured Landrover, Scorpion CVRT and Humber Pig (all of which were repainted in the last year so they are looking great!).

The museum will also be taking down a selection of its handling collection, so visitors can see what it was like to dress as a Victorian soldier, National Serviceman or modern day service person.
In addition, staff representing Hampshire County Council's many services will be on hand to answer your questions. There will also be lots of interactive activities on our stand making it plenty of fun for all the family. Our activities on the stand include arts and crafts activities from the Children’s Centres and fostering teams, an interactive budget board to help understand how your Council tax is spent plus much more.
