Havant Museum and The Spring

Havant Museum is currently closed for refurbishment, but will reopen this autumn as part of The Spring: Havant Arts & Heritage Centre. In the meantime please explore our website to find out more about our plans for the new museum and our activities for in the Havant Art Centre and outreach activities that we offering to schools.

The museum in The Spring will celebrate the borough of Havant’s sense of place and tell the stories of local communities and environment in an accessible, innovative and exciting way from ancient times to the present. It will include a permanent gallery exploring the story of Havant and surrounding communities, a temporary exhibition space, a new craft shop and local history resource space.

The Spring will be managed by Havant Arts & Heritage Centre, and independent Trust supported by Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council.
