Good Egg Award

Since 2007, the Good Egg Award has recognised companies that use or have committed (within five years) to use cage-free eggs or egg products. To date more than 30 million laying hens are set to benefit each year from our award winners’ policies.

FREE FROM

FreeFrom Eating Out Award

The FreeFrom Eating Out Awards have been launched to raise awareness of the huge opportunities offered by 'freefrom' food within the food service sector, especially since the new allergen regulations affecting food service came into force in December 2014.

All the awards use teams of independent judges to assess the entries – and round winners' logos are a widely recognised mark of excellence amongst allergic, coeliac and 'freefrom' consumers.

The Good Pig Award recognises companies that use or are committing to use (within five years) higher welfare systems for sows and meat pigs.

An EDUcatering Excellence Award is the prestigious accolade for top achievers and are the most sought after acknowledgement of merit through this countries school meal industry.

The Good Chicken Award recognises companies that use or are committing to use (within five years) higher welfare chicken, by addressing the stocking density, growth rate and the need for environmental enrichment for broiler chickens

Cost Sector Catering Award

The judges said they particularly liked the relationship Hampshire has built with local suppliers to provide bespoke products and the regular dialogue with head teachers on the quality of service.
