Partnership working

17 local government organisations have joined together to sign a landmark agreement to

• procure for better choices and improved services
• enable excellent quality at great value to citizens and organisations
• allow all partners the opportunity to have an equal voice regardless of size of organization or geographical location

Governance

The partnership board decides, manages and arbitrates on decisions relating to joint projects and infrastructure.

Partners have their own direct relationship with contractors for service management.

There will also be a strategic Board in place to handle matters of change and dispute where more than one partner is affected.
