EdICT provides support for all Hampshire schools, for all aspects of their ICT systems.
We have specialist teams of people, based in our Fareham offices, waiting to help with any issues.
Intranet
Differing levels of SLA also give schools varying levels of access to our intranet site, where they can download the latest updates, fixes, help sheets etc.
Service Level Agreement
We provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which acts like an insurance policy for schools allowing them to purchase an amount of support time from ourselves to meet their needs.
Schools can view their current SLA hours remaining on-line and can purchase blocks of additional hours if required.
