Hardware Maintenance
Schools are currently able to take out maintenance contracts for both admin and curriculum machines although these contracts are managed separately through an external partner.
Admin Office hardware is managed on a per-machine basis via the main Hampshire County Council contract. The contract covers parts and labour.
Curriculum hardware is covered under a fixed-sum contract paid in advance (the price varies according to the school phase), and then a separate charge is levied for each item repaired. This does not cover parts.
