The Information Teams

provide easy and friendly access to information about services provided by Hampshire County Council and other  local authorities within the county, together with a range of community and other service information.  This is a discretionary and free service provided to add value to our customers.

Our Main Castle Switchboard also acts as a link within Hampshire County Council should you need to contact anybody personally or as a result of a service need.

Blue Badge

Do you have trouble walking? Would you benefit from being able to park closer to shops and other facilities?

A Blue Badge entitles the holder to a range of local parking benefits such as the use of designated parking spaces and, in some circumstances, parking on single or double yellow lines and free parking at parking meters.

You can use a blue badge either when you are the driver of the vehicle or when being carried as a passenger.

We operate as an extension to Hantsdirect by providing customers with leaflets or other printed information, in response to their requests.
