Web caching and filtering

Some schools have been raising issues regarding web caching and filtering.

If the configuration for the upstream proxy points to an IP address of 172.16.1.250, 172.16.1.211, or 172.16.1.210, then this should be amended to point to the DNS name of cache.hants.gov.uk or alternatively the IP address of 91.224.27.225.

TCP ports, if configured, should not need to be changed from the current configuration.
