Hampshire IT's hardware maintenance contractor, 2e2, has announced that it has gone into administration. At this stage, we do not know whether 2e2 intends to keep trading.
We are putting alternative support arrangements in place and plan to make the transition to these as smooth as possible. In the meantime hardware support requests will be dealt with in-house at Hampshire IT; this includes support for hardware covered by the Hosted School Service. We are confident that customers in Hampshire schools will not notice any drop in service.
