Performance Targets

The Initiative has the following three performance targets:

1    Schemes should be recognised by stakeholders as having achieved their objectives.

Target: should gain majority approval in 70% of the identified objectives of the scheme.

2    Schemes should have engaged with local stakeholders during inception.

Target: should engage with 80% of the representative bodies directly affected by the scheme.

3    Schemes should maximise the potential for external funding and bring together funding from a range of sources.

Target: The ratio of external resources to programme investment for the programme shall be a minimum of 1:5.
