A well planned outdoor environment that is carefully designed and thoughtfully managed can be used to deliver many aspects of the curriculum . It can also extend the range of play and recreational opportunities to cater for the needs of all pupils and, at the same time, encourage a positive feeling for the school and the wider environment.

Within the Landscape Planning & Heritage group we offer a well established programme of support to help schools in Hampshire make the most of their school grounds through the development of a whole site strategy.

For those of you who already have a whole site strategy we have developed a framework to help you access the further support and advice that is available both locally and nationally.
