What is Hampshire Learning Centre?

Hampshire Learning Centre is Hampshire County Council’s strategic learning and development resource. We are a team of 22 learning and development professionals based in Capitol House in Winchester. We provide consultancy, learning and development commissioning and direct delivery supporting Corporate and departmental business priorities.
