Providing Certificates

In the spirit of making efficiencies for the Council, certificates will not normally be given to delegates following attendance on Hampshire County Council training courses.  Staff are able to gain evidence of attendance and achievement by viewing their training record in Employee Self Service (ESS).  This lists face-to-face courses attended and e-learning completed.

Certificates may still be given or emailed to groups and individuals for courses and programmes when judged appropriate, including staff do not have access to ESS.
