IPP e-Learning
Hampshire Learning Centre, working with subject experts have developed a 20 minute e-learning course to introduce you to the IPP cycle and the processes involved in it.
What will the IPP e-Learning cover?
The IPP e-Learning will demonstrate how to successfully follow the IPP cycle, including 1-2-1, yearly and mid year reviews and target setting.
Learning Aim:
The aim of this e-learning package is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to address concerns associated with performance and give you the confidence to either carry out or attend and participate in an IPP appraisal.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this e-learning you will be able to:
Describe the key stages of IPP and its process flow
Understand the objectives of the IPP process and how it links into the Organisation's Aims
Be able to set clear and measurable targets for a team or yourself
Be confident with the skills to hold or take part in an IPP appraisal
