Service Planning e-Learning
Hampshire Learning Centre have developed a 10 minute e-learning course to introduce you to the fundamentals of service planning. It will also help you understand how service planning can be used within the Council, and how the process works as part of a Service Planning Cycle.
What will the Service Planning e-Learning cover?
This e-Learning will look at what service planning means, and how you can write Service Plans.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this e-learning module, you will be able to:
Describe what is included in Service Planning
Prepare for Service Planning
Consider six key questions that will help you plan your service
Write an improvement plan showing actions, the difference that will be made for service users (the outcome) and how this will be measured
Follow examples for monitoring and reporting on progress
State the yearly timetable for service planning

Visits and progression through the course are tracked so that training via e-learning can be measured for effectiveness and provide a log as part of individual performance development
This e-Learning is aimed at any staff who are involved in Service Planing.
