Searching and Navigation in AIS e-Learning

Hampshire Learning Centre, working with specialist staff have developed a 20 minute e-learning course to introduce you to the new Adults Integrated System (AIS) used to view and access Adult Social Care records.

What will the Searching and Navigation in AIS e-Learning cover?

This e-Learning explains the search techniques you can use to find a person’s record using AIS. The second part explains how to navigate around the system, it explains some of the common functionality used throughout AIS.

You must successfully complete all parts of this e-Learning in order to attend classroom based AIS training, failure to do so will mean that you can not attend such training.

Learning Aim:

The aim of this short e-learning course is to introduce you to AIS, to be able to make a search for a person’s record, and be able to navigate through a record once accessed.

It is important that you complete all parts of this e-Learning.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Search for a person’s record using a variety of criteria.
• Describe how to move around a client record.
• Add a Case Note to a person’s record.
• Find and view key information on a person’s AIS record.
