Passport for tablets
Passport is now available for Tablets (iPads and Android devices).
It is not suitable for working at home for long periods of time due to the size of the screen, but is very useful for staff who are out of the office a lot and need access to Hantsnet in locations where there are no Hantsnet terminals or drop-in locations.
Setting up your tablet is simple, just two apps need to be downloaded and set up (as described in the guides below). You will still need a license to access Passport on your Tablet (see the Service catalogue) and a token to generate a PIN as part of the login process.
Help
The information in these pages will show you how to set up, access and use Passport on your tablet. If you have any problems, please contact the Help Desk.
While these guides should work for the majority of users, it is possible that you may experience compatibility issues with other applications on your device or when the applications that are used to access Passport (Junos and Citrix Receiver) are updated. We cannot guarantee that Hantsnet Passport will work with every tablet configuration.
