Setting up Passport for tablets

Passport on tablets is useful for staff who are out of the office a lot and need access to Hantsnet where there are no Hantsnet terminals or drop-in locations.

Setting up your tablet is simple, just two apps need to be downloaded and set up. You still need a license to access Passport on your tablet and a token to generate a PIN as part of the login process.

Help

These instructions should work for most users, but you may experience compatibility issues with other applications on your device, or when the applications that are used to access Passport (Junos and Citrix Receiver) are updated. Hantsnet Passport may not work with every tablet configuration, so if you have any problems with set up, contact the Help Desk.
