Speak to one of our friendly and professional customer support staff for help with your problem or query. We provide support on all matters relating to IT including:
- All Hantsnet services
- Corporate & Customer applications
- Hardware maintenance
We aim to solve 60% of your calls with out the calls being transferred to another team.
You will be asked for your Hantsnet User ID (if you log a call for someone else, please state their User ID). We may also ask you for the Asset Number of your machine (see the sticker "Property of Hampshire County Council IT Services") and the App Server Number (under the My Computer icon on your Hantsnet desktop - see screenshot).
Out of hours 1700 - 0800 Monday to Friday and weekends /bank holidays
Speak to a member of the Operations Team, they will log all calls but may not be able to solve any issues immediately. These calls will be raised with Help Desk on the next working day.
The Operations Team will be able to disclose Hantsnet passwords, Hampshire County Council SWIFT passwords and reset/force off sessions from Hantsnet in line with current procedures.
