The room is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by a lift.  The building has full wheelchair accessibility and facilities.

IT Learning Suite

The IT Suite can accommodate up to 11 Learners working at individual work stations with free use of laptop, interactive board and projector for the trainer.  

The room is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by a lift.  The building has full wheelchair accessibility and facilities.

Conditions of hire

The Discovery Centre is a non smoking building and we ask all users of the conference suite to comply with this policy.

Conference services are normally available from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Bookings for evenings and Saturdays may be possible by agreement with the Discovery Centre Manager.

Concessionary or discount pricing is solely at the discretion of the Discovery Centre Manager.

Provisional bookings must be confirmed by the hirer within 14 days.

Charges will be invoiced at the time of booking; payment terms are 14 days.

No refund will be given on cancellation of less than 14 days notice

Please note, we are unable to offer the following:

• Storage space
• Parking facilities
• Taking telephone messages except under exceptional circumstances

Goods cannot be sold on the premises without the express permission of the Discovery Centre Manager.

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the conference suite or equipment therein during the period of the hiring.

Hampshire County Council shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property arising out of the hiring nor for any loss, damage or injury which may be incurred by or be done or happen to any persons using the conference suite during the hiring whatsoever and howsoever caused.
