Overdue charges per item

• Adults
  Books, audio books, music scores, information videos/DVDs and language packs, recorded music
  15p per day to a maximum of £6 per item
• Children and teenagers up to 17 year olds
  Books and Childrens audio books
  No charge
• Videos, DVDs, CD-Roms for loan and PlayStation/electronic games
  Up to two full extra weekly loan charges

Hire Charges

• Music CD or boxed set 60p
• Music cassette or boxed set 60p
• Videos/DVDs £1 - £3.50
• CD Rom £1 - £3.50
• PlayStation/Electronic Games £1 - £3.50  
• All Language packs 60p (Free to over 60s)
• Adult audio book cassettes/CDs 60p (Free to over 60s)
• All Books FREE
• Childrens audio books  FREE

Exemptions apply to adults and children unable to use print based material, Access Card holders, housebound users and Good Neighbours.

Reservation fees

• Hampshire stock - books, videos, DVDs, music etc - 50p per item, free for under 18s
• National inter-library loans - £1.50 per item
• Urgent Inter Library Loan: £2:50
• Subject Search £3 - there may be additional charges for printouts
• International inter-library loans - £8 per item
• Sets of printed music - £12 per set
• Reading Group sets - FREE
• Skills for Life material - FREE
• Large Print books - FREE
• Audio books- FREE for visually impaired people

Printing

• A4 from Microform - 30p per sheet
• A3 from Microform - 60p per sheet
• A4 from People’s Network PCs - 20p per sheet

Photocopies

• A4 - 10p per sheet
• A3 - 20p per sheet  
• Colour A4 - £1  per sheet  
• Colour A3 - £1:50 per sheet  

Room Hire

• A few libraries have facilities for hiring rooms, halls and/or library space for meetings and exhibitions. Please ask for details.
