Thursdays 9.30am to 4.30pm (closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm)
A customer services officer will be available in the library every monday to provide you with any advice you need about Havant Borough Council’s services.
You’ll be able to access the council’s services including flytipping, pest control, concessionary travel, planning enquiries, refuse collection and environmental health. (Please not you will not be able to make payments).
