If we have your email address we will send you reminders before your loans are due back!
Overdue reminders
If your email address is listed on the library system we will send you a notification two days before your loans are due back - you can then decide whether to return or to renew.
If you forget, we will then send you a reminder that your loans are overdue.
For 7 day loans you will receive your reminder 7 days after the due date. For longer loans it will be 18 days after the due date.
Reminders will only be available to customers whose email addresses we hold, so make sure you sign-up. You can do this by logging in to the library catalogue and accessing 'My Account'.
Alternatively visit your local library and ask a member of staff to add your email.
