Renewing

• Books will be renewed for 4 weeks from the date when we receive your call or message
• Books can be renewed a maximum of five times
• Fast Back Fiction cannot be renewed
• Talking books, and information videos can be renewed in the same way as books
• Music CDs/cassettes can be renewed in the same way as books
• Videos/DVDs and CD ROMs cannot be renewed
• Items required by other readers cannot usually be renewed
• Items will not be renewed if you owe £5 or more

Renewing items in person
Bring your library card and the item (or a note of the item details) to the library

By telephone
Tell us your library card number or the barcode numbers of the items you wish to renew

Online
Go to the Online Library Catalogue, and log on to 'Borrower Information' by entering your library card number and PIN
