Zumba is dance fitness to infectious Latin American Rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Samba, Cumbia, Reggeaton mixed with other World Rhythms and Current Charts!

Silvia & Max are offering 3 types of Zumba Classes:

• Zumbatomic – Zumba for kids aged 4+!
• Zumba – high energy – ditch the workout and join the party!
• Zumba Gold – lower impact/dancier version of Zumba with all the Party Fun!

Salsa is a mixture of various Latin Dances and this class is predominantly LA Style/Crossbody Salsa. Every last Monday of the month is Rueda de Casino Night for all Levels!

You do not need to bring a partner!

Everyone is welcome to join in at any time!
