Websites and web pages
Standard pages
Every page must use the standard header, footer, white background, templates and styles provided corporately and must comply with the corporate web standards.
Web identity agreement
In exceptional circumstances, there may be a case for extending an existing marketing identity online. A web identity agreement will agree the means for allowing a business unit or service to extend existing marketing identities based on the corporate identity to their web presence. The agreement states boundaries within which a business unit or service that already has its own separate marketing identity can work differently, within or alongside the corporate web branding.
The web identity agreement does not aim to allow a business unit or service to create a new identity. If appropriate, the marketing identity should have already been agreed as part of the separate marketing identity policy. See our marketing identities web page for more information.
Websites created outside the corporate web branding without approval from the Web Identity Panel may be suspended or removed. To view the process for applying for a website and to make an initial application, use the online application form. If you do not have access to this, please contact the Hantsweb Team (tel: 01962 874514 or 01962 874509).
