Organising your content
Whether you are writing a short letter or a long report, it helps to plan the content before you put pen to paper.
If you organise your information clearly and logically, it will also help your reader to understand your message and what you may want them to do.
You need to:
list all the essential information you want to include
organise your messages into sections and into a logical sequence
put your most important message first
put your other messages in order of importance to your reader.
