Hampshire Making a Difference Award

Do you know a young person aged 5 to 18 who is making a positive difference to their local community?

Given the encouraging response so far, and some flexibility in arrangements, the Chairman has taken the opportunity to extend the deadline to the 15 February 2013.

It could be anything; from helping a sick relative, neighbour or friend over a period of time, or supporting a local charity or long term project, to helping older people in the community, or showing an act of bravery. The list is endless.

Nominations are open for the Hampshire Making a Difference Award which will be presented by Hampshire County Council Chairman, Councillor Andrew Joy.

The deadline for nominations is now 15 February 2013.
