- be sustainable with good public transport, energy efficient buildings and a sensitive use of materials
- combine all of these things together to develop a community where residents can take a real sense of pride in where they live.
Above all, it will be based on good urban design principles and it will connect the new and existing communities by integrating facilities and a network of transport links.
