Applications Open for Consultation

If you have an interest in a planning proposal and you would like your views taken into account then you should contact the County Council. Any comments on planning applications are available for the public to view, including the applicant.

If you comment on a planning application you will be informed if the application goes to the Regulatory Committee and you will be given the opportunity to address the Committee. You will also be informed of any decision made in respect of that planning application.

Below is a list (updated daily) of mineral and waste and County Council planning applications which have been recently received and are open for public consultation. To view more details about an application please click the application number (highlighted in blue). If you wish to make a formal comment on an application online then go to the more detailed view (by clicking on the application number listed below), then click the "Comment on this Application" button at the bottom of the detailed view page.  You may also submit your views in writing to the Head of County Planning.
