Schools’ financial practice and procedure

The Children’s Services department of Hampshire County Council publishes a manual entitled Schools’ Manual of Financial Practice and Procedure.

  • Chapter 19 is devoted to minibuses and provides important accounting information about purchasing vehicles, expenses, income and records.
  • Chapter 27 contains the compliance rules in relation to leases.
